LOCATION
The Begegnungszentrum IBS is located in the middle of the Lusatian Lake District and is the suitable conference hotel for your conference, seminar or company event.
SANITATION
In 33 newly renovated rooms you are guaranteed to feel at home, because a pleasant ambience is created by combining historical buildings with modern furnishings. All overnight rooms and seminar rooms are equipped with WLAN.
History
The IBS meeting center was built in 1914 as an administrative building for the Erika briquette factory and was in operation until 1990. In 2007 the building was taken over by the IBS foundation and lovingly renovated. Since 2011 the Begegnungszentrum has been a popular location for conferences and workshops.

EVENTS
When preparing your event, we offer a complete organization from the first idea to the social event. You can take advantage of our flexibility in recruiting participants in our networks, preparing the agenda and the premises, and even booking social events. Very popular are also team-building measures, entertaining, informative and communicative. Please contact us.
HIGHLIGHTS
Active pianists can play in the small concert hall with its elaborately renovated Blüthner grand piano. A video conferencing system enables networking at the highest level. Our in-house kitchen provides a balanced and varied menu. Taste wines from our selected wine selection or local beers in a relaxed atmosphere.
IBS-ONLINE student meeting
The IBS Foundation promotes and supports students. From now on, our offer will be extended by the IBS-ONLINE-Schüler-Treff. With a simple click you can join in. Chatting, asking questions and exchanging ideas are almost vital for students. Due to the restriction of all social contacts, many students stand alone and ask themselves: Who can I talk to? Our free IBS-ONLINE student meeting point is open to all students daily from 10:00 to 11:00. #We stay at home and still stick together. Join in!
