The IBS Foundation is due to its support of exclusively and directly tax-privileged (non-profit, scientific) purposes by certification of the tax office in Hoyerswerda a recognized corporation in the sense of § 10 of the Income Tax Act and § 5 para. 1 No. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act.
